I am a development economist.
I have a Phd from Paris School of Economics (technically via EHESS, thanks to the vagaries of French academia).
My research often focuses on social protection (cash transfers and economic inclusion programs) and maternal and child health in fragile or low-resource settings.
I'm also into measurement, agriculture/climate change, and trust. I often work in Sub-Saharan Africa and Haiti.

Since 2016, I have worked on a four-country randomized controlled trial of a productive inclusion program in Burkina Faso, Senegal, Niger, and Mauritania. We tested the same three packages across all four settings with coordinated measurement, which lets us compare results in a way single-country studies can't.
I work with the Platform for Economic Inclusion.
